The Plan...

Steps to get to started......

1)  Go back to eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day ! 
     (Remembering that my body won't begin to burn the day's FIRST calorie UNTIL I eat my first bite....<---another reason skipping meals doesn't work !!)

2)  Drink between 8-10 glasses of water a day ! Sooo important !!

3) MOVE !!! Do "something" for 30 minutes a day, something to get the heart rate up, and tone something !! lol....believe it or not...dancing around in your underwear for 30 minutes is a GREAT start !!

4)  Abandon all of the "portion distortion" going on in my life !!              Remember, that moderation is key....
